While some women cannot leave home without piling loads of makeup on their face, others can pull it off with or without make.
They have that natural beauty and do not need to disguise their face under makeup before looking good and presentable.
One of such women who can pull it off with or without makeup is Kelly Rowland. The former Destiny's Child girl was seen in New York City on Tuesday shopping at Ricky's, a beauty supply store, dressed in a white t-shirt, shiny black jeans, Jordan sneakers, a gray beanie cap and absolutely without heavy layers of makeup.
The singer only had a lip gloss on her lips while her skin was clear and free.
